Anthony W. DeBernardo, Jr. received his Bachelors Degree from the University of Nebraska, and his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. He has been licensed to practice law since 1974. He is a member of the Westmoreland Academy of Trial Lawyers and a past member of the Supreme Court Appellate Rules Committee. Attorney DeBernardo has been a lecturer at the Pennsylvania State Police Training Academy and a former chairman of a hearing committee for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court Disciplinary Board. He has been awarded the prestigious AV rating by the Martindale Hubbell Legal Directory. Attorney DeBernardo served for 25 years as a law clerk for the Honorable Daniel J. Ackerman. Attorney DeBernardo maintains a private practice with emphasis on personal injury, medical malpractice, workers' compensation and criminal defense. He has been awarded membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.


James R. Antoniono received his Bachelors Degree from Penn State University, his M.A. from Rutgers University and his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law. He was admitted to practice in 1979 before all Pennsylvania State Courts. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association, the Westmoreland Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Westmoreland Bar Association and the Westmoreland Bar Foundation. He previously served as President of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association,  President of the Westmoreland Academy of Trial Lawyers and President of the Westmoreland Bar Association. He has been awarded the prestigious AV rating by Martindale Hubbell Legal Directory. Attorney Antoniono focuses his practice on personal injury with emphasis on construction accidents, aviation accidents, auto accidents and head injuries. He also practices in the areas of estate planning, estate administration and real estate law. Attorney Antoniono has been awarded membership in the Million Dollar Advocates Forum.


William J. McCabe received his Bachelors Degree from St. Vincent College and his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University. He is a member of Pennsylvania and Westmoreland Bar Associations and served as President of the WBA in 1992. Attorney McCabe is also a member of the Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, the Pennsylvania Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and the Westmoreland Academy of Trial Lawyers. He served as an Assistant District Attorney in Westmoreland County from 1982 through 1985 and currently serves as Solicitor for the North Huntingdon Township Municipal Authority and the Derry Township Municipal Authority. Attorney McCabe has received the prestigious AV rating by Martindale Hubbell Legal Directory. Attorney McCabe focuses his practice on the areas of personal injury, criminal defense in both State and Federal Courts and municipal law.  


Sandra E. Davis received her B.A. from Seton Hill College in 1969 and her Juris Doctor from Duquesne University. Ms. Davis was admitted to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania in 1981 and to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court in 1985. She is a member of the Westmoreland County Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Association, where she served  three terms on the Executive Council of the Family Law Section. Additionally, she has taught family law courses and is frequently a panelist and lecturer on matrimonial issues, as well as issues of interest to the general public. Ms. Davis was awarded the prestigious AV rating by Martindale Hubbell Legal Directory. In addition, she previously served as Treasurer for the Epilepsy Foundation fundraisers, the Greensburg Central Catholic school board, the Seton Hill College Alumni Association, the Pennsylvania Catholic Conference Administrative Board, the Institutional Review Board of Excela Health and the Greensburg Garden and Civic Center board. Ms. Davis maintains a general practice with a concentration on all areas of family law including adoption, pre-nuptial agreement; divorce, support, custody, and estate administration. 


Heidi DeBernardo Norton graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelors of Arts degree from the University of Pittsburgh in 1994, and also graduated with honors from the Duquesne University School of Law with her Juris Doctorate degree in 1997. Attorney Norton previously served as a Law clerk for the Honorable Donetta W. Ambrose, Federal District Judge for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Additionally, she worked as an Assistant District Attorney for Westmoreland County for approximately 10 years. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and Westmoreland County Bar Associations. Attorney Norton maintains a private practice with emphasis on family law matters such as custody, divorce, adoption, pre-nuptial agreements, termination of parental rights, and spousal/child support. She also emphasizes her practice in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, medical malpractice, and criminal defense.


Timothy R. Miller received his Bachelor's Degree from American University in 2004 and his Juris Doctor in 2012 from Duquesne University School of Law where he received the CALI Excellence Award in Civil Procedure. Attorney Miller is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He joined D.A.M.D. as an associate attorney in 2012. Attorney Miller focuses his practice in the areas of litigation, municipal law, estate planning/administration and family law. Attorney Miller currently serves as the solicitor for Apollo Borough, Gilpin Township, Bethel Township, the New Florence-St. Clair Township Sanitary Authority and the Armstrong County Prison Board. Attorney Miller also serves as Assistant District Attorney with the Armstrong County District Attorney's office He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Westmoreland Bar Association and the Armstrong County Bar Association.
